APPOINTMENT POLICIES — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

NO GUESTS ALLOWED

Please arrive unaccompanied. Clients who arrive with guests will forfeit their booking and deposit.

ARRIVE ON TIME

Clients arriving late will forfeit their appointment and deposit — Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the full appointment fee will be charged.

No-shows

No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee, and will not be booked for future appointments.

NO CAFFEINE

Avoid caffeine for at least 4 hours before to your appointment. Caffeine increases sensitivity and cause excess bleeding.

NO BLOOD THINNERS

Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, or other blood thinners for at least 24 hours before your appointment. These cause excess bleeding and affect pigment retention.

NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL

Avoid alcohol and drugs for at least 24 hours before your appointment — They increase bleeding and may result in cancellation.

EAT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Have a snack before arriving; the procedure takes approximately 3 hours.

WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING

You’ll be lying down for an extended period, please dress comfortably.
